Given its history, it has the benefit of vast amounts of undeveloped land in prime, central city locations.PKP (Polskie Koleje Państwowe), Poland’s national railway, owns more than 100,000 properties in Poland. The company is currently preparing development projects in an area of more than 400ha, and have an appetite for more. Thanks to the investments of former railway areas we can create a completely new space that corresponds to the needs of the local community
